The second and final phase of Long Meadow, a new riverside apartment complex opposite Heuston Station at Islandbridge, Dublin 8, goes on sale today through Hooke & MacDonald. Prices are from £136,950 (€173,950) for the one-bedroom apartments.

There are 38 apartments available in this launch - 19 two-bedroom units, eight one-beds and 11 three-beds. The two-bedroom units are priced from £180,000 (€228,552) to £200,000 (€253,947) while the three-bedroom units are from £200,000 (€253,947).

The apartments are located at Conyngham Road, close to the Phoenix Park gates and were built to take advantage of the location by the Liffey.

All waterfront apartments have large balconies and floor-to-ceiling glass walls on the riverside elevation.

The development has two blocks of apartments, the highest of eight storeys with 73 apartments - most of two-bedroom units. The second block has five floors and faces the Phoenix Park.
