Bulgarian DevelopmentGalway overseas investors will be offered the chance to purchase apartments at an Irish-led development in Bulgaria at two exhibitions next week.
Sherry FitzGerald Farrell and Sherry FitzGerald Reynolds will be selling apartments at scheme on Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast at shows in hotels in Gort and Oranmore.
Located close to Albena Beach and 25 km from Varna Airport, Crystal Spa Residence is being developed by Youghal-based developer Kevin Curtin of Blackwater Homes with Bulgarian development company Eurosilex.
A total of 354 units will be built at the scheme, which will have 18 swimming pools, restaurants and a golf driving range. Completion is due in 2008, according to the selling agent.
Prices start at €43,000 for a one-bedroom studio apartment and go up to €170,000 for two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment. All units come fully furnished and buyers have the option of a two-year rental agreement with the developer, who is guaranteeing a yield of 6 per cent. Owners can use the apartment for two weeks a year.
