Paul Collins, who has specialised in the Irish and international hotel property market over the past 15 years, is to join Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne as a consultant.
Mr Collins worked in London for a number of years. More recently he was attached to Jones Lang LaSalle and later Hamilton Osborne King.
Philip Owens has been appointed a director of the commercial division of Christies Estate Agents.
He has 20 years' experience of commercial sales and lettings, most recently with Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne, and Druker Fanning prior to that.
