London/from €2m: Lavish new apartments in a building that was once part of Harrods department store are being pitched at Irish buyers ahead of the official launch in London next weekend.
Seven apartments priced between €2.042m-€4.312m (£1.395m to £2.945m) are available in Harrods Court, in the next block to the Knightsbridge store owned by Mohamed Al- Fayed.
Formerly an office block occupied by Harrods executives, the modern building at 11 Brompton Place, between Hans Road and Beaufort Gardens, has been renovated to provide large scale apartments with underground parking.
It's being developed by Dublin businessman Jim Cobbe's Brompton Knightsbridge Developments and selling agents are Harrods Estates, an estate agency linked to the store.
The scheme has 14 two and three-bedroom apartments, half of which have been pre-sold.
Apartments range in size with two-bedroom units ranging from 106sq m (1,141sq ft) to 146sq m (1,572 sq ft).
Three-bedroom apartments range from 175sq m (1,884sq ft) to 211sq m (2,271sq ft).
