Atlantic Homecare is to open a new DIY store and garden centre at Liffey Valley Retail Park in west Dublin. The company will be paying a rent of around £600,000 for the 40,000 sq ft unit which will trade alongside PC World, Currys, Magnet Kitchens, Motorworld and Langan Furniture. The park was pre-funded by Eircom Superannuation Fund. Ben Pearson of Douglas Newman Good acted for Atlantic, and Larry Brennan for the developers, Barkhill Ltd.
