A georgian office investment at 17 Upper Baggot Street, Dublin 2, has been sold at auction by Quinn Agnew for £875,000. The three-storey over basement building and a mews building at the rear are currently producing £52,146 per annum. The purchaser was a Cork businessman Michael Drummond who will earn an initial yield of 5.5 per cent.
