SALES RESULTS:In a disappointing week for auctions, a large number of suburban homes were withdrawn without bids. Lisney sold a large terraced house on Anglesea Road in Ballsbridge yesterday for €2.1 million but elsewhere in D4 Wentworth, a large Victorian semi at 69 Merrion Road, was withdrawn by Lisney asking €7 million, while 13 Wellington Place, a lavish Georgian, was with drawn at €11 million.
