A new development of three-bedroom houses goes on sale this weekend in the holiday village of Ballymoney, Co Wexford. Ten houses will be sold in the first phase of the scheme with prices ranging from £135,500 to £142,500. Ballymoney is on the Dublin side of Gorey. The Village scheme is about one mile from the beach, in the middle of the village. Joint agents Warren Estates of Gorey and Ganly Walters are handling the sale of the development which will eventually have 20 detached and semi-detached dormer bungalows in a tree-lined cul-de-sac. A showhouse will be open this weekend.
