Raheny/from €430,000: Another opportunity presents itself this week to buy into The Watermill, a smart off-plans apartment development opposite St Anne's Park in Raheny, Dublin 5.

Phase two launches at noon today, when agent Sherry FitzGerald New Homes opens a marketing suite for inspection on the site.

The development is at the end of Watermill Road, 80 yards from the coast road and walking distance of Dollymount Strand.

Prices start at €430,000 for two-bedroom apartments from 67.4sq m (725sq ft). Three-bedroom apartments from 86.2sq m (928sq ft) cost from €460,000.

Penthouses with two and three bedrooms, a minimum of 84sq m (900sq ft) of space and roof terraces, start at €515,000.

Construction is currently at roof level and apartments are expected to be ready by late summer/early autumn this year.

There will be 114 apartments in the entire scheme when completed.

Exteriors are a blend of pale brick, block and render, with large glass-sided balconies.

Grounds will be formally landscaped with low clipped hedgerows, ornamental trees and cobbled paths. Interior spec is good, with polished granite kitchen worktops, brand name appliances and fully tiled floors.

Previous schemes by developer Liberty Homes include Clarion Quay and Gallery Quay in the city centre.

Viewing at the on-site marketing suite is from noon today and Friday and Saturday and Sunday from 2pm.
