In Dublin 6, Lisney is seeking £485,000 (615,822) for 9 Leicester Avenue, Rathgar, a five-bedroom detached house, after it failed to sell at auction.
Still in Dublin 6, a six-bedroom Victorian house at 4 Palmerston Villas, Rathmines, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £950,000 (1.20m).

Remax Garden County is seeking £185,000 (234,901) for The Lodge on three acres at Westaston Demesne, Kilmacurra, Co Wicklow, following its withdrawal from auction at £165,000 (209,506).
In Co Kildare, a two-bedroom cottage on 0.5 acres at Millicent, Sallins, was sold at auction for £161,000 (204,427) through Sherry FitzGerald-Reilly.
Also in Co Kildare, a three-bedroom period house on 0.5 acres at Brannockstown, Naas, was withdrawn at £155,000 (196,809) and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy.

Gabriel Dooley sold Morrisseys public house at Cahir, Co Tipperary, for £349,000 (443,138).
In Co Wexford, Whelans pub at The Quay, Enniscorthy, was withdrawn by Brian Dwyer and Partners, which is quoting £625,000 (793,586).
