Also in Blackrock, a three-bedroom bungalow at 34 Fairy Hill was withdrawn by Gunne Residential at £240,000 (304,737) and sold later for a higher figure.

Daphne L Kaye & Associates is seeking £875,000 (1.11m) for Gort na Drew on Alma Road, Monkstown, a five-bedroom home with a separate two-bedroom apartment, following its withdrawal from auction.

Still in Monkstown, a four/five-bedroom mid-terrace house at 16 Trafalgar Terrace was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is seeking £700,000 (888,816).

In Glenageary, 46 Silchester Park, a five-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £355,000 (450,757).

A pre '63 property arranged in 10 units at 5 Eden Park, Glasthule, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £480,000 (609,474).

In Dublin 6, Lisney is seeking £485,000 (615,822) for 9 Leicester Avenue, Rathgar, a five-bedroom detached house, after it failed to sell at auction.

Still in Dublin 6, a six-bedroom Victorian house at 4 Palmerston Villas, Rathmines, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £950,000 (1.20m).

Remax Garden County is seeking £185,000 (234,901) for The Lodge on three acres at Westaston Demesne, Kilmacurra, Co Wicklow, following its withdrawal from auction at £165,000 (209,506).

In Co Kildare, a two-bedroom cottage on 0.5 acres at Millicent, Sallins, was sold at auction for £161,000 (204,427) through Sherry FitzGerald-Reilly.

Also in Co Kildare, a three-bedroom period house on 0.5 acres at Brannockstown, Naas, was withdrawn at £155,000 (196,809) and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy.

A two-storey over garden level Georgian building with a large rear garden at 4 The Mall, Lucan, Co Dublin, was sold at auction for £625,000 (793,586) through McDonald Bros.

In Co Kildare a commercial premises at Main Street, Sallins, was sold at auction for £231,000 (293,309) through Colm McEvoy.

Gabriel Dooley sold Morrisseys public house at Cahir, Co Tipperary, for £349,000 (443,138).

In Co Wexford, Whelans pub at The Quay, Enniscorthy, was withdrawn by Brian Dwyer and Partners, which is quoting £625,000 (793,586).
