Sales Results A handful of auctions held this week produced mixed results for Dublin agents. In Blackrock, Sherry FitzGerald fetched over €1.7 million after auction for Castlerock, a semi-detached house at Newtownpark Avenue in Blackrock, Co Dublin. Meanwhile, in Ballsbridge, Colliers-Jackson Stops withdrew 52 Upper Leeson Street and is now asking €4.5 million for the six-bed house.
