The Cosgrave Property Group has pre-let 75 per cent of the units in its new West End Retail Park in the Blanchardstown Town Centre in west Dublin.

The 11 units range in size from 5,000 to 30,000 sq ft. With most of the space already allocated, the rents are moving up to £17.50 per sq ft. The first tenants will include FOKO, Bathrooms and Tiles Direct, European Living, Motorway, Diamonds and Gold Direct, and Classic Furniture. The development will also include a drive-through restaurant, bar, bank and convenience store. Mason Owen & Lyons handled the lettings.
