A DUBLIN housebuilder is to pay Pounds 500,000 for part of the Bohemians soccer club grounds at Dalymount Park, Phibsboro, Dublin 7. The deal will only proceed if the developer secures planning permission for an apartment development on the site which is currently used as a spectator terrace at the Phibsboro Shopping Centre end of the ground.
