Show apartments open for viewing today at The Bridge, a scheme near the bridge in Shankill village, within walking distance of the DART.

Selling agent Hooke & MacDonald will be taking bookings for a new phase of 18 mostly two-bedroom apartments at this 51-unit development, which is by Rittlestone Ltd and builder Purcell Construction. Design is by architect John Fleming.

Prices are from €325,000 for two-bedroom apartments of 74 sq m (800 sq ft). Two-bedroom apartments with a study at 85 sq m (915 sq ft) start at €405,000.

The four five-storey blocks are circled around a central courtyard, within a wooded plot which is nicely secluded from the road. Balconies and en suites come with most units.

The internal specification is impressive, with spacious entrance halls, panelled oak kitchens, and an open-plan living/dining area. Kitchens include appliances and extensive floor and wall tiling is also part of the package. Car-parking is free.

Building work at The Bridge is almost completed and buyers can expect to move in around February next year.
