Azure del Mar, a development at Balchik on Bulgaria's still relatively undeveloped north coast, is being offered to Irish buyers in Dublin on December 2nd.
Apartments, villas and three-storey houses will sit on top of a 65-metre high cliff facing the Black Sea. They range in price from €49,500 for studios to €135,000-plus for two-bedroom apartments; villas and large penthouses will cost from €232,500.
The development, which the agent says is 40 minutes' from an international airport at Varna, is designed with an Arabian theme and will eventually include a five-star hotel and spa. A canal system will connect the areas together.
UK-based agent Bulgarian Dreams says that nearly 30 per cent of its customers for previous developments it has marketed come from Ireland.
