Glenann, on the Swords Road, includes a self-contained two-bedroom studio or granny flat. Elsewhere in north Dublin, HOK Residential sold 7 Seafield Road West, a five-bedroom Victorian terraced house in Clontarf prior to auction, for well in excess of the guide price of £675,000 (€857,073).
In Raheny, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, Maylen at 451 Howth Road, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £317,000 (€402,506).
South Dublin
In Ballsbridge, a five-bedroom two-storey over garden level Victorian house at 31 Sydney Parade Avenue was sold at auction for £1.6 million (€2.03m) through Lisney.
In Blackrock, a five-bedroom semi-detached house at 30 Priory Grove, Blackrock, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £500,000 (€634,869).
Also in Blackrock, Gunne Residential is seeking £1.2 million (€1.52m) for Willow Lodge at 36 Stillorgan Grove, a 4,300 sq ft two-storey over garden level Victorian house following its withdrawal from auction at £950,000 (€1.2m).
Lisney is seeking £465,000 (€590,428) for 21 Cherrygarth, Mount Merrion, a four-bedroom bungalow after it failed to sell at auction.
Dublin 6 and 8
In Terenure, Dublin 6, a two-bedroom cottage-style house, The Cottage, at 40 Templeogue Road, was withdrawn at £300,000 (€380,921) by Gunne Residential which is quoting about £400,000 (€507,895).
In Rathmines, 3 Grosvenor Place, a semi-detached house in four units was sold at auction for £686,000 (€871,040) through Douglas Newman Good.
A five-bedroom house at 31 Ormond Road, Rathmines was withdrawn by Lisney which is quoting £930,000 (€1.18m).
Also in Rathmines, a four-bedroom terraced house at 28 Grove Park was withdrawn and is under negotiation through HOK Residential.
A three-bedroom house at 7 Ashfield Road in Ranelagh made £445,000 (€565,033) at a Lisney auction.
Private Treaty Sherry FitzGerald has sold 144 Seafield Road East in Clontarf, a four-bedroom end of terrace house for over the guide price of £650,000 (€825,329).
The same agents sold 25 Offington Drive in Sutton, a detached four-bedroom dormer bungalow with large gardens, for just under the asking price of £420,000 (€533,289).
In Co Meath, Fairy Lodge in Ratoath, a detached five-bedroom house has been sold for about £400,000 (€507,895) through Lisney.
Lisney sold 66 Old Cabra Road, Dublin 7, a three-bedroom semi-detached house for around £275,000 (€349,177).
In Terenure, Dublin 6, 38 Terenure Road East, a mid-terrace period house, made close to £660,000 (€838,027) through Douglas Newman Good.

In Co Meath, a detached house on six acres, Rathleek Glebe in Rathleek, was withdrawn at £900,000 (€1.14m) and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGeraldSherry. A 30-acre holding at Clondra, Co Longford was withdrawn at £100,000 (€126,973) by McDonagh Casey.
In Co Kilkenny, Fourpenny Rock, a four-bedroom sporting lodge in Inistioge, was sold prior to auction for over £250,000 (€317,434) by HOK Residential. In Co Limerick, a 50.5-acre residential farm was auctioned in two lots: Lot 1, 50.5 acres, was withdrawn at £410,000 (€520,592) while lot 2 comprising the house, was sold at auction for £135,000 (€171,414) through de Courcy.
Commercial
In Dublin 8, a 0.8-acre development site situated opposite St James's Hospital was sold at auction for £118,000 (€149,829) through Keane Mahony Smith.
John Younge withdrew Catalonia public house at 105/107 Terenure Road North at £2 million (€2.53m).
H J Byrne is seeking £330,000 (€419,013) for Stone House, An Oige's youth hostel on 0.25 acres in Glencree, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Clondalkin, Dublin 22, a 1.2-acre site with planning permission for 60 apartments on Boot Road was withdrawn at £2.92 million (€3.71m) by Hamilton Osborne King which is quoting over £3 million (€3.80m).
In Swords, Co Dublin, a site extending to over an acre with planning permission for 30 residential units at Jugback Lane was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is quoting £1.65 million (€2.09m).
In Co Meath, 3.6-acres of development land in Enfield Village, Enfield, was withdrawn by Carey Auctioneers, which is quoting £1.2 million (€1.52m).
Still in Co Meath, 11.8 acres of land which is zoned residential in Slane, was withdrawn by Ganly Walters, which is quoting £1.6 million (€2.03m).
In Co Kildare, a development site on Convent Lane, Maynooth, was withdrawn by Property Partners-Brady and is quoting £400,000 (€507,895).
A newsagents premises, Donlons on Dublin Street, Longford Town was withdrawn at £475,000 (€603,125) and is under negotiation through McDonagh-Casey. In Co Offaly just over 16 acres of land with outline planning permission for 154 houses at Collins Lane, Tullamore was withdrawn at £1.8 million (€2.28m) by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting over £2 million (€2.53m).
Michael Lavelle Auctioneers auctioned two properties in Dundalk: Farrellys licensed premises on Bridge Street was withdrawn at £470,000 (€596,776), and is currently under negotiation, while also on Bridge Street, Kearneys Paint and Wallpaper shop premises made £171,000 (€217,125).
