Facilities include a golf course, spa, snowmobile touring on Humber Valley trails as well as a clubhouse and restaurants.
There are twice-weekly direct charter flights from London Gatwick to Deer Lake regional airport in Newfoundland, about 20 minutes' drive from the resort.
Ocean's Edge in St Kitts is a development of 185 properties ranging from beach and hillside apartments, garden cottages and villas being built between a rain forest andthe beach.
Due to open in 2008, its facilities will include communal pools, fitness centre and spa, tennis courts, clubhouse and beach restaurant.
A Caribbean resort operator will market and manage rentals for owners.
St Kitts is part of the Leeward Islands, 40 miles west of antigua in the eastern Caribbean. A number of airlines fly either to Antigua or direct to the R L Bradshaw airport on st Kitts, about 10 minutes' from the resort.
