Dunloe Ewart has sold one of its industrial holdings, the former Nectar warehouse and office building in Carrickfergus, east Antrim, for over £1.7 million. Hamilton Osborne King and Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne acted on behalf of Dunloe Ewart and Frazer Kidd & Partners acted for the vendors, Solectron, the Californian company which is already located at Monkstown in southeast Antrim. The complex consists of 47,203 sq ft of new warehouse and office on a 4.67 acre site at Meadowbank on the outskirts of the town.
