Occupying a strategic location close to the Naas Road/M50 Interchange, the £30 million (€38m) Centrepoint Business Park is due for completion by the end of the year. Construction has begun on the final phase of the 250,000 sq ft Bymac Project Managers development.

To date, 95 per cent of earlier units have been taken up by owner-occupiers. There will be 17 units in the final block, ranging from 1,500 sq ft upwards. On completion, there will be 70 units in eight blocks. Units are available for sale with prices ranging from £105 to £140 (€133-€178) per sq ft, or for lease from £10 to £13 (€12.70E16.50) per sq ft.

Fronting on to the M50, Centrepoint is situated on the Western Parkway next to Walsh Western and is suitable for office, storage or workshop use.
