LARK Developments is understood to have secured in the region of £450,000 for an apartments site overlooking the Salmon Pool on the River Liffey at Chapelizod, Dublin 20. The new owner is Noel Rhatigan, who is now expected to proceed with the development of eight one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom units. The site is located opposite the Trinity Boat Club and the Memorial Park. Brendan Byrne of the Ross McParland agency handled the sale.
