Co Dublin: Strong demand is anticipated for the launch of the second phase of Chieftain's Way in Balbriggan, where a total of 41 three and four-bedroom homes are being released this weekend.
Last March, 34 new homes were sold off the plans at Chieftain's Way in just 34 minutes. Cumisky Auctioneers and Flynn & Associates are joint selling agents.
There are seven different house types in the latest phase, with prices ranging from €188,000 for a three-bedroom mid-terrace home, from €192,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached home and €260,000 for a four-bedroom home.
The developer, McInerney, says that Chieftain's Way offers one of the most extensive selection of homes ever seen in North Dublin.
It includes one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, apartments, terraced, semi -detached and detached houses.
The second phase features a mix of three and four-bedroom two and three-storey homes.
The houses will have unusual architectural features, and the varied design means there is already a mature feel to the development.
Located 20 miles to the north of Dublin City, Chieftain's Way is described as a haven for those seeking easy access to city and the peace of a fishing village.
In the Fingal Development Plan, Balbriggan is identified as a strategic growth centre on the Dublin/Belfast economic corridor. In recent years transport facilities have been improved with the construction of the M1 motorway. There are also bus services and a mainline commuter rail service to the centre of Dublin. Nearby attractions include the Ardgillan Estate, with its beautiful gardens and parkland, which is only a few miles down the road beside Skerries.
