Dublin's largest office block, the 200,000 sq ft Citibank premises in the extension to Dublin's International Financial Services Centre entered another phase yesterday when the top section was put into place. The £50 million building is designed as four separate units which connect to form a single building of five floors over a basement car-park with 160 spaces. The building will be completed early next year and stands on a site of 2.2 acres, which was bought for around £23 million. The facility will accommodate a staff of up to 1,800.
