Ferrum Trading Ltd has sold a 56,000 sq ft site on Foley Street, Dublin 1 to private investment company Macushla Properties Ltd for a figure in the region of £7 million (€8.89m). The vendors were advised by Allen & Townsend Auctioneers. The purchasers have submitted a planning application to Dublin Corporation for an office and apartment development. Earlier in the year, Allen & Townsend sold the adjoining property for Macushla Properties for £12 million (€15.24m) to the Gas company. The site is located across the road from Connolly Station and the IFSC.
