In the city centre, DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is in negotiations to sell a site of more than one third of an acre at City Quay after it was withdrawn at auction at £6 million. It is directly opposite the Ulster Bank HQ on George's Quay and has access to City Quay and frontage on to both Moss Street and Gloucester Street. Whoever buys it will probably try to acquire the adjoining City Arts Centre to give it a higher profile as well as more space.
In Stillorgan, a site of 1.5 acres with a former nursing home was withdrawn at £2.1 million and sold later by Donal O Buachalla. The property is held on a long lease.
