Cafe Fresca has become the first restaurant to locate on the growing Citywest Business Campus, on the Naas Road, which already has a working population of up to 3,000 people. The restaurant has taken a 2,300 sq ft unit at a rent of £28,000 per annum on the ground floor of the Innovation Building, which accommodates small incubation units for emerging technology companies in the National Digital Park section of Citywest. Cafe Fresca is the first of a number of restaurants planned for the campus, which aims to create a main street centre with cafes and restaurants interspersed with street-side offices on a new 300,000 sq ft development in the park.
