Citywest Ltd has applied to amend existing permission for a two storey restaurant element adjacent to Block 3 of a permitted nine-block development at Citywest Business Campus. The amendment provides for a three storey over basement bar and restaurant of over 1,000 sq ft, and 130 extra car spaces. The development will have nine three-storey office blocks, a two storey mixed use block with office and retail accommodation. Outline permission has been granted for a two storey creche building and a single storey shop building on the site, which is east of the N82.
