Another premium has been achieved in Dublin's Henry Street

Another premium has been achieved in Dublin's Henry Street. UK shoe multiple Clarks has paid about £150,000 for Number 37 Henry Street, which has been up to now occupied by Saxone. It is Clarks's second outlet in Henry Street though this one will trade as Ravelle. The four-storey over basement building building is owned by Royal Liver Assurance and is rented at £130,000 per annum. There are 870 square feet on the ground floor. Hugh Markey advised the vendors and Fintan Tierney of Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Clarks.
