Clonee village has grown hugely in recent times with the coming of this huge development and new road networks, with coming new rail links promising to transform the area.

Built by Manor Park Homebuilders, the overall finish of these new homes is impressive - a central vacuum system is one of the top quality extras included as standard.

Exteriors are of warm brick, varied in tone to create an individual look. Landscaping is now mature and many houses benefit from the shelter of large deciduous trees.

Inside, practicalities are addressed, with fitted wardrobes, a family room, a generous understairs cloakroom and separate utility room all part of the package.

This applies to both four and five-bedroom houses. In the four-bed houses, a smart kitchen with granite worktops and over-counter lighting is standard and the utility room is fitted out with cupboards and plumbing.

Three of the four bedrooms have wardrobes and the en suite and family bathroom enjoy good natural light. The main bathroom has a separate shower cubicle.

The five-bedroom houses are three-storey, with the main bedroom suite on the top floor.

Here, a walk-in wardrobe is well furnished with shelves and hanging space. This house-style is finished throughout with oak veneer doors and solid oak skirting and architraves.

Completions in this final phase are expected to be in late summer 2004.
