Gunne is quoting a guideline price of £1.2 million for the 26-bedroom Hearns Hotel, Clonmel, Co Tipperary, which is to be auctioned on October 29th. The hotel was originally used as the headquarters of the Bianconi stage coach operation, which operated its first coach to Cahir in 1815. The hotel will be sold along with an adjoining shop.

Gunne also expects to secure between £900,000 and £1 million for Kilcoran Lodge Hotel, Cahir, Co Tipperary, which is to go to auction on October 30th. The 23-bedroom hotel has a leisure centre and stands on about 16 acres.
