There are 56 units being released in this phase - over 400 houses and apartments at Carrigmore have already been sold.
Two-bedroom apartments of 69 sq m (748 sq ft) are from €235,000 and three-bedroom duplex houses of 111 sq m (1,197 sq ft) are priced from €285,500.
Carrigmore is close to the M50, N7 and Luas, and is served by the 69 and 69X bus routes.
