JOY Clothing Company has paid key money of more than £30,000 for a lock-up shop at 21 Wicklow Street, Dublin 2. Douglas Newman Good handled the assignment of the lease, which provides for a rent of £21,000 per annum. The ground floor has 664 square feet and there is 571 square feet of storage space in the basement.

Another retail lease, at 18 Upper Liffey Street, has been sold to Black Boot Shoes for £32,000. The 1,674 square-feet building, with 1,100 square feet of retail space, is rented at £32,000 per annum. It formerly traded as Ikon Menswear. Douglas Newman Good acted for the vendor.
