A CONSORTIUM led by Aer Turas and Neptune Freight to develop close to 400,000 square feet of warehousing and office space on a 27-acre site beside Dublin Airport. It will be the largest speculative scheme since the 1970s and will have a completed value of Pounds 21 million.which will have a total of 115,000 square feet ready for occupation next September. The 13 units in this phase will have a floor area of between 6,500 square feet and 32,000 square feet. A further 65,000 square feet is currently being built for Neptune Freight. Buildings in the first phase are for sale at Pounds 60 per square foot or for letting at Pounds 6 per square foot.
Paul McNeive of Hamilton Osborne King, says the park will be strategically located beside the airport and will be only minutes from the Northern Cross ring road, which opens later this year.
