Dublin 8: from €345,000: Twenty Section 23 apartments at Cork Street in Dublin 8 are being launched this week through Hooke & MacDonald. Prices for the two-bedroom apartments of 57-78 sq m (620-930 sq ft) are from €345,000.

McGovern's Corner, which is designed by Horan Keoghan Ryan and being developed by Lalco, is a distinctly modern scheme of two blocks; one six-storey block fronts onto Marrowbone Lane and the other four-storey block has frontage onto Cork Street. There are 46 apartments and three courtyard townhouses in the scheme which is located on a corner site above ground floor commercial units.
