Dublin 8: €1.1mA contemporary house designed by architect Sam Stephenson three years ago has an AMV of €1.1 million prior to auction through Felicity Fox on October 3rd. Number 3 Janeville, off the South Circular Road, Dublin 8, bears much of the architect's trademark style, including open-plan living areas and a liberal use of glass.
