A four-acre commercial site near the entrance to the Jack Lynch Tunnel and South Ring Road in Cork is expected to make between £3 and £4 million when it is sold by private treaty. Richard Nagle of Global Properties say it would be ideal for a mixture of offices and industrial units for companies involved in technology industry. Motorola, Sisco Ireland Ltd and RCI call centre are located on an adjoining site.
