One of the largest industrial premises to come on the market in Cork in recent years, a 90,000 sq ft unit on 10 acres in Ballincollig, is expected to make well in excess of £2.5 million. The plant is owned by Topps Ireland Ltd. Topps is an international marketer of children's confectionery and entertainment products and has traded in Ballincollig since 1976. The premises are for sale through Colliers Jackson-Stop and Hamilton Osborne King.
