MyHome.ie has been alerted to an error in its recent analysis of the Property Price Register transactions for Dublin 6 for the first half of this year, which was reported on this page.

Due to a data removal error, transactions for this postcode area were overstated by 178.

The correct number of transactions for Dublin 6 over this period was 168 and not 346 as previously stated.

As a result, Dublin 15, with 303 transactions, was the most popular area of Dublin to buy a property in this period. MyHome.ie has apologised for any inconvenience caused by this error.
