Hooke & MacDonald is opening a show-house in phase two of a holiday home scheme at Courtown Harbour, Co Wexford, this weekend. Forest Park, set in 62 acres of woodland adjacent to Courtown Harbour, comes with Section 48 tax incentives, allowing relief on all income including PAYE.

Building will commence early this year and completion is expected by spring of 2001. The first 15 two-bedroom coach-houses are being offered for sale priced from £119,350 to £138,350 including furniture. A further 12 coach-houses and 46 four-bedroom houses will be released at a later date. The first phase of 38 houses was sold out in two weeks last year. The coach-houses will be laid out in cul-de-sacs set around a landscaped courtyard. A forest leisure park, which is part of the scheme, will open in Spring 2001. This will include a fitness gym, 25m swimming-pool, health suite and a cafe area overlooking the pool. Courtown is three miles from Gorey and 55 miles from Dublin.
