A five-bedroom detached house at 11 Sycamore Close, The Park, Cabinteely, has sold for over the asking price of €1.25 million. A five-bedroom detached house at 72 Foxrock Manor, Dublin 18, has been sold for over the asking price of €1.9 million.
Meanwhile, 6 Belarmine Park in Stepaside, a large detached house of 204sq m (2,200sq ft), has been sold for over €1.35 million, also by Daphne L Kaye & Associates.
In Dublin 8, HOK Residential has sold 13 Portobello Harbour, Portobello, a three-bed mid-terrace period house for a price thought to be in the region of €740,000. The same agent has sold 18 Rehoboth Place, off the SCR, Dublin 8, a three-bed mid-terrace redbrick period house, for €600,000. HOK Residential also sold 17 The Tenterfields, South Brown Street, Dublin 8, a two-bed modern mid-terrace house, for €415,000.
Meanwhile, 1 The Cobbles, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, a one-bedroom apartment, has been sold by the same agent for €363,000. Apartment 54, 33 Mountjoy Square, Dublin 1, a one-bed apartment, was sold for €310,000, also through HOK Residential.
In commercial results, a three-storey town centre retail premises with potential at 77 West Street, Drogheda, Co Louth has sold for €1.15 million through auctioneers Robt. B. Daly & Son.
