A ready-to-go site with planning permission for 13 apartments in the centre of Dalkey village, Co Dublin, is expected to make over £1.25 million (€1.59m) when it goes to tender on May 30th through Finnegan Menton. The site is likely to appeal to a number of developers waiting for planning permission to move on to their next scheme.
The sale will also be helped by the fact that new apartments seldom come on the market in Dalkey. Architect Orla O'Callaghan secured planning permission for an impressive scheme of apartments and duplexes around an internal courtyard with 17 covered car-parking spaces.
