Co Meath/from €340,000: Those in the market for a family house near the sea in Co Meath could check out a new development in Bettystown, launching with joint agents Flynn & Associates and R B Daly this weekend.
Sevitt Manor is a small 50-unit development of large detached houses, half a mile inland from Bettystown beach and two miles from the M1 motorway. Twenty-seven houses are being released in this first phase, with four different four-bed house styles to choose from.

Standard features include gas central heating, full brick frontages, red deal upstairs floors and top range Villeroy and Boch bathroom ware. Many houses have either a south or south-west orientation and others overlook green spaces. Laytown rail station is about two miles from the development.
