Sales ResultsSherry FitzGerald fetched a strong price of €3.775 million at auction yesterday for a three-storey house at 100 Marlborough Road in Donnybrook, Dublin 4.
The revamped redbrick was last on the market 2003 when it was sold for around €1.5 million. The same agent sold a semi-detached redbrick at 48 Anglesea Road in Ballsbridge for €3.25 million. Elsewhere auction sales were marginally better than in recent weeks with around 40 per cent of auction properties in the last week sold either at auction, or in pre- and post-auction negotiations.
