A 149sq m (1,604 sq ft) four-bed unit costs €346.000. Another with 162sq m (1,744sq ft) and a second reception room costs €354,500. All have good gardens. This is the final phase at Moyacomb Meadow and the six units will be ready to move into by the end of 2006.
