FOOD distribution company Reckitts has secured in excess of £4 million for a large warehouse on 10 acres at Belgard Road in Tallaght, Dublin. The 90,000-square-foot warehouse, which dates from 1985, was bought by pharmaceutical agency and distribution company Uniphar, which is currently based at Stillorgan Business Park.

Reckitt is moving to smaller premises in the area following a reorganisation of the company. Lisney advised Reckitts on the sale.
