DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, the commercial wing of the estate agency, is to move in March to a 22,600 sq ft building in Lower Leeson Street, Dublin. The agency will be paying a rent of £26 per sq ft for Ormonde House, which was developed as part of the Earlsfort Centre and later sold to a union pension fund. Part of the block will occupied by Sherry FitzGerald plc while a portion will be sub-let on a short term basis. Killian O'Higgins, managing director of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, said in the two-year period since the tie-in with with DTZ International, it had doubled the number of employees.
