Hamilton Osborne King is currently marketing two residential sites, one at Richmond Road in Fairview, Dublin 3, and the other at Ballindeerry, Mullingar, Co Westmeath. The Fairview site has planning permission for 34 apartments and is expected to make in excess of £2 million at auction. In Mullingar, the agency is quoting £6 million for a site of of over 11 hectares which has planning permission for 206 houses.
