The final 25 two-bedroom and three-bedroom holiday houses in the Riverchapel View scheme, Courtown, Co Wexford, have been sold mainly to Dublin families. Pat Neville Developments is building the houses which will be ready for occupation this summer. The two-beds sold from £70,000 to £90,000, the three-beds from £97,000 to £112,000. Also in Courtown, developers Cleary & Doyle sold 12 of the 27 holiday houses in Glencove, a scheme beside the harbour. Prices started at £115,000 for two-bedroom units; while three-beds made from £135,000. Hooke & MacDonald handled sales in both schemes.
