The Dublin-based Merrion Property Group led by Michael Roden has been chosen by the Lagan Corporation to redevelop the high profile Four Corners site at the junction of Donegall and Waring Streets in Belfast city. The company is to spend £15 million on preserving the shell of two 19th-century buildings and developing a 50-bedroom hotel, a large pub and 30 apartments.
