Kieron Diamond of Ganly Walters has confirmed the letting, for 35 years with five-year reviews at a rent of around £45,000, of Unit 14, Royal Hibernian Way for Dublin's first Oakley sunglasses and fashion accessories shop. The shop has been let to optician Donal MacNally, of Optica, who intends operating the Oakley outlet. Oakley is a world leader in sunglasses and also produces a range of fashions, footwear and watches as well as eyewear.
