THE Anglesea Buildings, at Upper George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, are to be converted for use as a medical centre following their sale last Friday. Lisney secured £510,000 at auction for the premises, a former bank building which has 3,508 square feet including 1,880 square feet at street level.

Meanwhile, Lisney has secured a premium of about £100,000 for the former Combridge Fine Arts at 24 Suffolk Street. Pizza Hut is to occupy the 2,000 square feet on the ground floor and a basement with a further 1,000 square feet at a rent of £40,000 per annum. Combridge is to relocate to a new showrooms and gallery at 17 South William Street, opposite the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre.
